Google+ having of 400 Million Users before end of 2012

Posted by peterzmijewski | Filed under Internet Marketing

The founder of Ancestry.com – “Paul Allen”, has made somewhat predictions about the growth of Google+. Unless it’s hot topic we won’t get any priority or focused, so to escape from the fearful condition Allen decided to have 400 Million Users by the end of the 2012.

He said on further Google + Updates, “Based on the accelerated growth I’m seeing and all the dials and levers Google can still utilize, and the developer ecosystem that will be developed, I predict that 2012 is going to be a breakout year for Google+ and that it will end next year with more than 400 million users.”

Some reasons for this forecasting,“If this rate of new signups (625k daily) continues then Google+ will reach 100 million users on Feb. 25th and 200 million users on August 3. They will finish 2012 with 293 million users.”

Important roles are playing with Android activations. Other things that Google recently has at their wastages continuing their above Google-like advertising efforts. People are now use to social media so some of the obstacles of familiarity that Facebook and Twitter had to overcome is not as high for Google. Obviously, now they are happy with the Facebook release of the social experience so Google will have to point how to pry people away from their Facebook habit.

When we see back to this forecasting then at the end of 2012, after just 18 months of existence, Google+ would be half of Facebook’s current size? Certainly, by the end of 2012 Facebook could top 1billion users as it’s not like they are just sitting back and rest on their success.

The one thing that could both helps and harms Facebook this year is may be impending IPO. Quiet periods and speculation will be the focus vs. advertising options and ways to gain more access to their users’ private things.

Allen’s way of thinking is too optimistic on this one. One thing not even mentioned is that 400 million accounts doesn’t mean 400 million engaged users. In fact, it is likely to be a small figure among overall accounts that would be estimated on a daily basis. That’s why overall numbers are for evangelizing instead of exact planning for marketers.

Google+ is Pushing More by Google

Posted by peterzmijewski | Filed under Internet Marketing

We have seen plenty of TV ads for Chrome that escape to Google ecosystem but currently that considers about Google+ and nothing else. It’s seen that during the period of opening day marathon of games on the Christmas Day an ad with NBA analysts.

The cool ad which is found from the New York’s online edition has several space of white color with the directive of “Join Now”. It seems like Google home page

Now the question arise that why ads are in plenty, much interest found? Because of Google+ is not abounding quickly.

The reason for this change of business practice is quite telling as to the area Google is as a company. As the theorist “there must be an unsaid aim for everything, side of me starts alive you admiration if Google could point to this affectionate of accomplishment if adverse antitrust analytic to say” LOOK!!! It’s to advertise like the rest of the planet for getting traction in social media.

The activity is alive now while the news cycle is slow. Activity shows that in 2012 Google ability be putting a “make or break” push on what others feel could be their last chance to make real inroads into the social space.

New Wave of Media is Twitter’s Growth

Posted by peterzmijewski | Filed under Internet Marketing

Twitter is in the trend & hot in this era. Twitter is all about of being viral. It can be say that it’s a great way to get news before other media sources can get it to you.

It is reported, “For Twitter’s boosting media plays a great role while trying to speed traditional media’s demise. The great spreading of Twitter’s usage with the existence. Its major growth accords with media inclusion.

It’s not necessary that everyone suddenly knew about Twitter simply because of its existence. More traditional boosts in Twitter by CNN & Auston Kutcher’s race to 1 million and, God forbid, Oprah’s “acceptance” of the service as a viable communications option. After that it was based on socioeconomic & geographic variables which show the start of good viral process in the whole world.

Of course, now that Twitter and other social networks have grown and people are adjusting to them more it is still critical to remember that a lot of very real and important communication happens the way it always has, by word of mouth. Incredible value for Twitter as of much importance placed on information directly from a trusted friend Vs the blind acceptance of data coming through a larger but often less personal social network.

Social Media Mostly Used By B2B Marketer

Posted by peterzmijewski | Filed under Internet Marketing

We have watched the B2B space lag behind in the Internet and social media marketing space for most of the existence of the industry. That’s not a knock on the B2B space really because the nature of Internet marketing lends itself much more readily to B2C plays.

We accept watched the B2B amplitude lag abaft in the Internet and amusing media business amplitude for a lot of the actuality of the industry. That’s not a beating on the B2B amplitude absolutely because the attributes of Internet business lends itself abundant added readily to B2C plays.

It does not mean that social media does not plan for the B2B space. In fact, nothing could be further from the truth and as B2B marketers extend to see just how these options can suitable into their business and marketing plans this area of the Internet is just starting to truly see the light. This epiphany of sorts could accomplish 2012 a very interesting year in the B2B space for social media marketing.

Through statistical data it’s good to know the using of social media marketing means in the B2B space. To set accounts and update them on occasions is not using social media marketing as most well know but that is some B2B marketers view of using social media marketing. The value is not lost on them though.

“Leveraging social media for branding and awareness-building can help to improve B2B companies, set up them as thought leaders, and offer new touch points for connecting with customers and prospects,” said Kimberly Maul, eMarketer writer/analyst and author of the new report, “B2B Social Media: A Growing Focus for Marketers.”

As many have come to expect, LinkedIn leads the way but that is more likely extractable to the mindset that LinkedIn is positioned as THE place for the B2B space to be because it is about business. Certainly it is an important place to be but as B2B social media marketers begin to hold the business features of Twitter, Facebook, Gogle+ and others they will know that thought leadership in social media often walks side by side with things like PR and customer service.

The Internet Archive Needs Helps of People

Posted by peterzmijewski | Filed under Internet Marketing

Much like Wikipedia, the persons at Archive organization are also looking for financial support, but they aren’t going about it with sinister images of editors that gaze at you for the period of your visit. Sure, there are prompts over at the Internet Archive asking people to contribute but the manner in which they go about asking isn’t anyplace near as intrusive as other sites. To put it another way, the way in which the Internet Archive is asking for donations has not become a Reedit meme where people dig fun at the economic requests.

While I mention bandwidth in the article’s lead, it’s not the only cause for the contribution needs, something the Internet Archive blog post reveals fairly well:

In the last year, the amount of people using the Internet Archive has improved to two million people each day, and our collections of free books, music, video, and web pages have also grown by twenty to twenty-five percent. This is immense news, but we are doing it all on a shoestring funds.

The word “help” is associated and when clicked, visitors are taken to a contribution page where you can contribute as much or as little as you can. Considering the role the Internet Archive provides, asking for a little funding is completely satisfactory, particularly for a site/service that offers this description as its main goal.
